Zero Data Collection Principle
This application does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. All data is stored locally on your device.
Network Usage Disclosure
The application may require network connectivity in the following specific scenarios, but will never transmit your personal data:
In-App Purchases - Communicates with Apple App Store / Google Play servers to verify purchase status when upgrading to the Pro version
Privacy Policy Webpage - Opens this privacy policy webpage using the system browser when accessed within the app
Your notes, attachments, check-in records, and all other personal data are always stored locally and will never be uploaded to any server.
🛡️ Data Storage & Encryption
Local Storage
All notes, attachments (photos, videos, audio, files), to-do items, calendar events, check-in records, and other data are stored locally on your device
Data is stored in the app's private directory and cannot be accessed by other applications
We do not use any cloud servers to store your data
The app supports multi-account mode, where each account's data is isolated and encrypted independently
End-to-End Encryption
All user data is encrypted using the AES-256-GCM encryption algorithm
Encryption keys are derived from your password using the PBKDF2 algorithm
Encryption keys are stored only in the device's secure storage area (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
Session keys are retained in memory only while the app is unlocked and are automatically cleared when the app is locked
Biometric Authentication
You may opt to use Touch ID/Face ID or fingerprint recognition to unlock the app quickly
Biometric data is managed by the operating system; this app only receives verification results (success/failure)
We never access, store, or transmit your raw biometric data
📝 App Features & Data Processing
Notes & Rich Text Editing
You can create diaries, Markdown notes, to-do lists, and file management records in the app. All content is stored and rendered locally only, and will not be uploaded to any server.
Photo Album & Media Management
The app supports adding media files such as photos, videos, and audio as attachments to notes or check-in records. All media files are encrypted and stored locally, and decrypted in real-time for display within the app.
Check-In & Calendar
Check-in records and calendar data are generated and stored entirely locally. The calendar view only reads the creation time of local notes and does not involve any network calendar synchronization services.
Recycle Bin (Soft Delete)
Deleted notes and data are first moved to the local recycle bin, where you can restore or permanently delete them. Recycle bin data is also stored with local encryption, and we do not access your deleted content.
📤 Export, Import & Sharing
Encrypted Export & Backup
You can export data as an encrypted ENC backup file
Exported files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your current account password
Exported files are stored in a location of your choice on the local device (e.g., file manager)
Import
You can import locally encrypted backup files or plain text (.txt / .md) files into the app
The import process is completed locally only and does not upload file content to the internet
Sharing
When you choose to share notes or attachments, the app invokes the operating system's native sharing panel (e.g., iOS Share Sheet / Android System Sharing)
Sharing activities are handled by the operating system and third-party apps you select; this app does not directly access the internet to send data
💎 In-App Purchases
The app offers a Pro version upgrade (one-time purchase) through the native in-app purchase systems of the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android):
Purchase transactions are processed by Apple or Google; we do not collect or store your payment information (e.g., credit card numbers, billing addresses)
We only record your unlock status (whether Pro is purchased) in local secure storage to unlock corresponding features on this device
Restore Purchases operations communicate directly with Apple/Google servers; we do not obtain your Apple ID or Google Account information
